Your submittal of any purchase order to CARVE.COM.AU indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by CARVE.COM.AU.
CARVE.COM.AU reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. By ordering or registering on CARVE.COM.AU you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database.
From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via a link or contacting our Customer Service at email@example.com and we will remove you from marketing communications.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. CARVE.COM.AU reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
CARVE.COM.AU reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. CARVE.COM.AU is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by CARVE.COM.AU.
CARVE.COM.AU is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website.
We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason.
Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided.
All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
The delivery times provided by CARVE.COM.AU are estimates only. CARVE.COM.AU will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Please allow 5 working days for your delivery, each order is processed as its is entered and dispatched within 24-48 hours.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available.
All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. CARVE.COM.AU can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
CARVE.COM.AU cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service immediately.
We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES
(Please note, International shipping is currently NOT available on any CARVE product from CARVE.COM.AU)
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. CARVE do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and CARVE will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and CARVE will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
Carve offer a six month manufacturing warranty that commences from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing fault or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear. Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from an authorised Carve dealer. It is advised that proof of purchase from an authorised dealer be retained for the term of the warranty for validation in the event of a claim.
The warranty will be considered void if the product has not been used or maintained in accordance with the care instructions provided with the product. The warranty will also be voided if the product has been misused, dropped, crushed, stored inappropriately or been exposed to damaging chemicals.
Modifications or attempted repairs of any kind made to sunglasses after purchase will render them void of warranty.
Any warranty claims should be returned to the place of purchase. In the event that you cannot returned the product to the original store of purchase please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is important to include the below details so that we can ensure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
- The damaged or defective eyewear including style name and number.
- Valid proof of purchase that confirms the date of purchase for warranty coverage and that you purchased from an Authorized Dealer.
- Clear pictures of the issue.
- Your current contact details.
All warranty claims are subject to a case by case evaluation. Warranty claims must be submitted at the purchaser’s expense by returning the goods to the place of purchase of Carve Head office at the following address.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
To help maintain the quality of your CARVE eyewear please ensure that you adhere to the following care instructions.
- Do not wipe lenses when they are dry as small particles or debris on the glasses or cleaning cloth may cause scratches. Only use the microfiber bag provided to clean lenses as other materials may be too rough and scratch the lenses.
- Do not use harsh chemicals to clean lenses and avoid extreme heat as this may break down the protective coating.
- Always store eyewear in the bag provided when not in use as to avoid unnecessary scratching.
- Avoid wearing eyewear on the top of your head as this can warp the frame.
- Check screws and hinges regularly and tighten when necessary.
Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate
You will not be charged for a pre-order item until the day the item is shipped. Please note that delivery time for your pre-ordered item may change. To get an updated ETA of your pre-ordered item contact customer service at CustomerService@carve.com.au or Free Call +61 2 8708 1330 We recommend placing a separate order for pre order items as any multiple item order containing a pre order item will not be shipped until the pre order item is ready for despatch.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty. Special return offers apply to individuals only. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tags attached. REFUNDS AND RETURNS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON FREE PROMOTIONAL ITEMS. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE ITEMS ORDER CANCELLATIONS If notified before goods have been dispatched, CARVE.COM.AU can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, CARVE.COM.AU reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, CARVE.COM.AU shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. CARVE.COM.AU shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, carve.com.au shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
